Lecture: Navassa, Galapagos of the Caribbean January 1999 in this issue:  previous story | next story Bob Halley made a presentation, "Navassa, Galapagos of the Caribbean," to the public and Park Service personnel in Dry Tortugas National Park (Gulf of Mexico) on Friday, November 13. The seminar was held in Fort Jefferson. The Park was so pleased to have a speaker that the rangers announced the talk to all the campers, broadcast an announcement to boaters over channel 16, and brought popcorn to the show!
