Lisa Robbins Attends Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Ceremony September 1999 in this issue:  previous story | next story On August 9th, Lisa Robbins, St. Pete Field Center, attended the ceremonial signing of Senate Bill 864 commemorating the creation of the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. The signing was held at the Florida Marine Research Institute, part of the marine science community of St. Petersburg. Governor Jeb Bush, Senator Jack Latvala, Representative J. D.
