Two Talks at Woods Hole Field Center April 2000 in this issue:  previous story | next story Dr. Bruce Taggart, Hydrologic Studies and GIS Section Chief from the USGS Water Resources Mass-Rhode Island District Office, gave a talk in Woods Hole on March 24th on the "Tectonic and Eustatic Correlations of Radiometrically Dated Late Quaternary Marine Terraces on Puerto Rico." This is part of an ongoing speaker exchange between the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Team and the Mass-Rhode Island WRD District Office. Blair Hostetler, Professor Emeritus at MacQuarie University in Sidney, Australia, visited Woods Hole recently and gave a talk entitled "Water in Water: Detecting Groundwater Discharge in the Lakes of Northern Ontario, Canada." in this issue:  previous story | next story
