Richie Williams Delivers Talks for DOE and the College of William and Mary
Richie Williams (Woods Hole Field Center) was invited to present two lectures at the U.S. Department of Energy's Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Newport News, VA) on February 28, 2002. The first talk was a colloquium lecture to the staff entitled "The Earth's Cryosphere and Global Environmental Change." This presentation was followed by a public lecture entitled "Iceland: Dynamic Land of Fire and Ice." On the following day, Richie gave the "Earth's Cryosphere" lecture to two undergraduate classes in the Department of Geology at the College of William and Mary (Williamsburg, VA).
