Bob Halley presented a seminar, "Ecosystem Restoration in South Florida: The View from Florida Bay," at the Department of Geology, University of Florida, in Gainesville on December. 4. There was a good turnout of students, members of other departments and members of the BRD coop program. While there, he was invited by Dr. Neil Opdyke, member of the NRC Review Panel, to talk with him about the organization of the USGS and the GD Strategic Plan.
